Ordering & timing

Every piece is sewn to order, so the time depends on the piece, and I show it on each product page. Most dresses take me about 2 weeks; the feather cape takes about 3 days.

Delivery then takes about 7–14 days after your piece is ready.

Add the sewing time shown on the piece to about 7–14 days for delivery, and you have a good estimate from the day you order. If your date is close, message me before you order and I'll tell you whether the timing works.

Yes. Message me while I'm sewing and I'll send you photos before it ships.

Sizing & measurements

Only roughly. Every dress, the robe and the corset top are made to your measurements: on the product page you pick your closest size as a starting point, and after you order you fill in a short measurement form. I sew to your numbers, not the size.

For the ostrich-feather cape you only choose the length on the product page.

No. Plus sizes cost the same.

Shipping & duties

Yes. Shipping is free worldwide, including the US. Delivery takes about 7–14 days after your piece is ready, and every order ships with a tracking number.

Not in the US: import duties are included in the price, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

Outside the US, import duties and taxes are paid on delivery and depend on your country's rules.

Returns & cancellations

Yes, within 48 hours of ordering, for a full refund. Message me to cancel.

Every piece is sewn to order, so I can't accept returns for a change of mind or when the fit is off because of the measurements you sent. If your piece arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered or isn't sewn to your measurements, I'll repair, remake or fully refund it, and I cover the return shipping.

For made-to-measure pieces, you send me your measurements through a short form after you order. If the finished piece doesn't match the measurements you sent, you can return it within 7 days of delivery under my refund policy.

Customizing your dress

Yes, and changes are free. Tell me what you have in mind before you order (sleeves, neckline, color, length or train), and I'll tell you what's possible for that piece. Message me here.
