Refund policy

Every Madmire piece is cut and sewn by hand after you order, just for you. That's why I can't take a piece back because you changed your mind. But I stand behind my work, and if something isn't right, I'll make it right.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel within 48 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, I've usually started cutting your fabric.

If I can't ship your piece within the time shown on its product page, I'll let you know, and you can cancel for a full refund.

If something went wrong on my side

If your piece arrives damaged, if I sent the wrong item, color or size, or if it isn't sewn to the measurements you sent me, I'll make it right. I can repair or remake it, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. I cover the return shipping, and nothing is deducted.

Please message me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos, so I can help you quickly, well before your wedding day.

Your measurements

I sew each made-to-measure piece exactly to the measurements you send me, so please take them carefully with my measuring guide. I can't accept a return when the fit is off because the measurements themselves were taken incorrectly. Not sure about a number? Message me before you send them, and we'll check them together.

If you live in the EU or the UK

A piece made to your measurements can't be cancelled once ordered. If you ordered a standard size, you can withdraw within 14 days of delivery for any reason: I refund the full price you paid, and you pay the return shipping.

You also keep your legal guarantee for faults (at least 2 years in the EU). This policy doesn't limit it.
