From order to delivery
How it works
Every piece is sewn to order in my atelier in Kyiv. Here is what happens after you choose yours, and what I'll need from you.

Every piece is sewn to order, just for you.

Pay securely
Pay at checkout and your order confirmation arrives by email.

You send your measurements
If your piece is made to measure, you fill in a short measurement form after you order. Questions? Message me any time.

I sew it
I cut and sew your piece by hand in my atelier in Kyiv. The time it takes is shown on each piece.

Want photos before it ships?
Message me while I'm sewing and I'll send you photos before it ships.

Free tracked delivery
Delivery takes about 7–14 days after your piece is ready. Every order ships with a tracking number.
Sizing
Your closest size, then your measurements
Every dress, the robe and the corset top are made to your measurements. On the product page you pick your closest size as a starting point; after you order, you fill in a short measurement form and I sew to your numbers.
For the feather cape you only pick the length. Plus sizes cost the same.
Delivery & returns
Shipping, duties and returns
Shipping is free worldwide, and every order ships with a tracking number. US orders have import duties included in the price, so there's nothing to pay on delivery; in other countries duties and taxes are paid on delivery.
You can cancel within 48 hours of ordering for a full refund. Every piece is sewn to order, so I can't accept returns for a change of mind or when the fit is off because of the measurements you sent. If your piece arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered or isn't sewn to your measurements, I'll repair, remake or fully refund it, and I cover the return shipping.
