Every Madmire piece ships free to the US, with tracking and with import duties already included in the price. Here is everything that happens between your order and your door.
How long delivery takes
Delivery takes about 7–14 days after your piece is ready. The production time is shown on each product page, together with an estimated arrival date. Need it sooner? At checkout you can choose Express shipping for $100; it takes about 3–7 days after your piece is ready.
Import duties and taxes
For orders shipped to a US address, import duties are included in the price: you pay nothing on delivery. For other countries, import duties and taxes aren't included; you pay them on delivery, and the amount depends on your country's rules.
Tracking and carriers
I ship with Ukrposhta or Nova Post. In the US, your parcel is delivered by a local postal service or courier, and one tracking number covers the whole way. You get it by email together with photos of your finished piece.
If a parcel is lost or damaged
That risk is mine. If your parcel is lost, I sew your piece again or refund you. If it arrives damaged, I repair, remake or refund it and pay the return shipping. Please message me within 7 days of delivery with a few photos.
Paying in US dollars
Prices and payment are in US dollars. At checkout you pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The payment goes through hutko's secure payment page, so your card details never reach me, and your card's usual protection applies. I don't take PayPal.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, shipping is free worldwide and takes about the same 7–14 days. Outside the US, import duties and taxes are paid on delivery.
