A satin halter wedding dress in a body-skimming sheath silhouette, with a fully open back and a long bridal cape that attaches at the halter neck. Wear the cape for the ceremony and lift it off for the reception: two looks from one gown. I sew every dress to order in my atelier in Kyiv.

The column cut follows the natural lines of your body, so the satin and the open back do the work. It suits a beach elopement, an intimate destination wedding or a civil ceremony, and later a formal evening.

Care

Dry cleaning is best for the satin sheen and the column shape. If needed, hand wash gently in cold water with a mild detergent for no more than 10 minutes, and don't wring. Hang to dry in the shade, away from direct sun. Iron through a cloth on low heat.
