You can return any piece from my catalog within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, from any country. Here is how it works in plain words; the full terms are in my refund policy.
Returning a piece from my catalog
Message me within 14 days of delivery and send the piece back to me in Ukraine at your cost, unworn apart from trying it on, and in the condition you received it. Once it's back with me and I've checked it, I refund what you paid, minus the original shipping and any import duties I paid. For a US order that's about $20 for shipping plus the US import duty I paid, 5–20% of the price depending on the type of piece.
This covers every piece ordered with the options on its product page — color, size, length — sewn to your measurements or to the size you chose. It covers a dress that doesn't fit because of the measurements you sent, too: you don't have to prove anything.
If something is my mistake
If a piece arrives damaged, isn't what you ordered, or isn't sewn to the measurements you sent, message me within 14 days of delivery with a few photos. You choose: I repair it, remake it or refund you in full. Nothing is deducted and I pay the shipping. Who is right about the fit is decided by a tape measure: photos or a short video of it on the dress, or on you, at the same points. If it turns out not to be my mistake, you pay the shipping both ways.
Can I exchange it for another size or another dress?
I don't swap pieces: every dress is cut and sewn for one bride, so there is no stock to exchange from. Return the one you have and order the new one — but message me before you send anything back, and we'll work out what is quickest for your date. If a size is wrong because of my mistake, I remake the dress rather than exchange it.
Canceling before it ships
Until your piece ships you can cancel any time, and I refund everything you've paid, the deposit or the full price. A custom order can be canceled within 48 hours of paying.
Custom orders
A custom order is a piece with changes the product page doesn't offer, or made entirely to your own design. If it arrives damaged or isn't sewn to your measurements, I refund it in full. Any other return is at my discretion: message me first and we'll find a solution.
How fast the refund arrives
I send it within 2 days of the piece being back with me and checked; a cancellation I refund right away. It usually reaches your card within 2 days, but some banks take up to 10 business days.
