Elysian

A ball gown wedding dress made from layers of ruffled tulle. Soft tulle flounces form the off-shoulder neckline, a finely draped tulle corset defines the waist, and the skirt opens into a full balloon silhouette. I sew every dress to order in my atelier in Kyiv.

• Silhouette: ball gown with a full balloon skirt

Every ruffle and seam is finished by hand, so the volume holds its shape. For all its fullness the gown feels light and airy, with the open neckline as the focus.

Care

Hand wash in cool water with a mild detergent for up to 10 minutes; don't rub or wring. Hang to dry in the shade, away from direct sun. Dry cleaning is recommended to keep the shape and the color.
